Place diced potatoes (with skin) in large pot & add water until potatoes are covered. Boil until potatoes are soft and ready to be mashed.
Once potatoes are ready, drain water & mash. It's ok to leave some chunks.
Add in the butter and milk & stir until butter is melted and milk is incorporated - this will make the potatoes nice and creamy.
Next, add the garlic, Italian seasoning & salt. Mix well.
Serve immediately!
*It's ok to use salted butter - simply add less salt if you do.
