Easy Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 10-12 medium red potatoes, diced into 1 inch pieces
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Place diced potatoes (with skin) in large pot & add water until potatoes are covered.  Boil until potatoes are soft and ready to be mashed.

  2. Once potatoes are ready, drain water & mash.  It's ok to leave some chunks.

  3. Add in the butter and milk & stir until butter is melted and milk is incorporated - this will make the potatoes nice and creamy.

  4. Next, add the garlic, Italian seasoning & salt. Mix well.

  5. Serve immediately!

Recipe Notes

*It's ok to use salted butter - simply add less salt if you do.
