I try to keep up on news and the fashion world on a daily basis. Even with all the instant outlets we have available to us at our fingertips, it can be a struggle. But in recent years, I’ve found some resources that truly rock. And I figure it’s about time to share them with you. It would be selfish not to.
Who What Wear
My read-multiple-times-a-day source, Who What Wear is for sure my #1 stop for all things fashion. If you’re not familiar with the OG fashion blog, you most likely recognize their name from the famous line sold at Target. Not only am I a loyal reader & take all their fashion tips to heart, I am also a loyal WWW line buyer & wearer.
Vogue
If you read this post, you know I’ve had a long-time obsession with not only Vogue magazine, but also it’s infamous editor, Anna Wintour. I finally got my sh*t together this year & subscribed to the actual magazine. Anyone else miss reading magazines? With the hard copy subscription comes the online version as well. Vogue is a resource for more fashion news rather than trends and product. Keeping up with celebrities, style icons, fashion houses, runway shows, and culture. Worth the $10/year, for sure.
Zoe Report
This is probably my least visited site, but it’s still a great resource, nonetheless. I receive the Zoe Report daily emails and typically something catches my eye about once a week. Created and run by Rachel Zoe, it’s a prime source for fashion inspiration and shoppable articles. Plus, discovering new brands you may never hear of otherwise.
The Skimm
Ok, this is definitely not a fashion only-resource. Actually, most days there isn’t anything fashion or even celebrity related. But, that’s the reason I love it. If you’re not familiar with The Skimm, check it out now. A daily email that arrives before you get to work, covering all the must-know items from around the world. They cover trending items, updates on US and foreign politics and many other things that (admittedly) are sometimes over my head. But they always “skimm” it down to make it digestible. Being a person who’s really bad at watching the news or reading CNN.com, I’m thankful for The Skimm keeping me in the loop.
Do you have any regular news sources you use?
