I don’t want to dwell on the recent past, but I’m a little in shock about Thanksgiving being over. We had such a great weekend filled with family, food and relaxation. Which did help me feel more comfortable about kicking off the Christmas season yesterday. Our tree went up and I even wrapped my first gift – how crazy?! We don’t have a lot of excess storage in our house, so gifts are wrapped pretty promptly after purchasing. Plus, I like to fill the empty space under the tree. It always feels more festive with pretty boxes.
Speaking of gifts…
My holiday gift guides are live! Just like last year, I created a static page that will be up until Christmas. You can find the link on my header menu or head straight there from here! Either way, you get a sneak peek below, too. I like to have the guides available to you at all times, but I also like to elaborate on a few of my picks. My main goal in sharing these holiday gift guides is to spark some inspiration on your own gift hunt this season. Hopefully you like some of the exact products I list, but it can lead to other ideas, too. So, without further adieu… here are some ideas for the women and men in your life.
ONE | TWO | THREE | FOUR | FIVE
I’m a little biased, but I think women are so easy to shop for. We have so many categories of interests to choose from – clothes, accessories, beauty, exercise, you name it – that the options really are endless. So to narrow down a holiday gift guide for her, I simply look at items I would love to receive as gifts. Such as a really cozy chenille sweater or an adorable mini satchel (both linked above). Oh, and I’m not sure what girl would ever complain about a new pair of gold, sparkly earrings. Or a plush robe for that matter.
ONE | TWO | THREE | FOUR | FIVE
Guys on the other hand, get a bit trickier. Maybe I’m the only one who feels that way, but it seems I just buy the same items each year. The men in my life seem to like what I pick, so I’ll stick to what I know. I know my husband loves anything tech related and the Bose headphones are perfect if you’re looking to splurge. My brother likes any kind of “gear” and the performance features of any Yeti product make the perfect gift. As for clothing items, I’d never hesitate to gift a basic sweater or flannel. Shoes are great, too, if you know his style well.
There are more guides on my holiday gift guides pages so make sure to hop on over there. I’ll be posting about those next week in detail, too. In the meantime, happy holidays and happy shopping!
xoxo. B

You do such a great job with your gift guides, girl! Definitely will head over and check them out more, but in the meantime I may or may not need to order those gold earrings for myself … 🙂 Glad you had a nice Thanksgiving!
