A year has flown by since we brought Cooper home. We celebrated “gotcha” day on June 3rd (not that he noticed) and we can’t imagine life without our spoiled pup. There are a lot of lessons learned after bringing a young puppy home – patience being number one. Why am I bringing this up? Because Cooper is the reason I have a pretty new shoe collection this season. After chewing up most of my go-to summer sandals and neutral work shoes last summer while we trained him, I needed to restock. Because you know… I need shoes. And while I am the girl who keeps her shoes in original boxes to ensure pristine condition, I couldn’t be too mad because you know… patience.
Long story, short, I added multiple new pairs of summer sandals and flats to the mix the past few months. Even without spending a fortune. Target has a great selection with their new brands officially in stores and you can find so many pairs on sale. So, I couldn’t go without sharing all my favorite picks with you.
I’ve bought two pairs of Universal Thread sandals from Target and absolutely love them. I have my eye on Steve Madden platforms (have to have a pair), and I don’t have an embellished pair yet, but they are on the list.
