Sundays.
Is it me, or does the last day of the weekend become sweeter as the year moves into fall and winter? There’s something about open windows and football on TV that make my husband and I enjoy them even more. And the smell of potato soup slow-cooking on the stove doesn’t hurt either. Mmm, mmm.
Our Sunday mornings are typically slow with coffee and toast, then after a brief productivity spurt of grocery shopping, laundry, and cleaning, we settle back down on the couch for a Netflix binge.
Our current queue: The Office and House of Cards. House of Cards is a Netflix original you can’t miss – four episodes in and we’re already hooked. Most of The Office episodes are re-runs for us, but we still can’t get enough when we need a good laugh!
