When All Else Fails, Wear Leopard Print

If there’s one trend I can always get on board with, it’s animal print. You’ve seen me wear this leopard print skirt so many times (here, here and here), but I couldn’t help but bring it back as we quickly approach fall. Turns out, the leopard print skirt isn’t going anywhere for fall 2019. If you missed the train last year, the good news is, there are still some really great options out there & I’ve linked them for you below.

Another reason I wanted to show you this skirt one more time? (ok, it’s probably not the last time) It still fits! Baby boy has officially popped & I’ve been digging around my closet for the final non-maternity pieces that still work. I have to wear it a little higher than my natural waist, but I’ll take it. Giving you a little behind-the-scenes look into my everyday wardrobe choices right now would look something like this. Does it fit? Great. Now what can I wear with it. A graphic tee? Sounds awesome. Boom, outfit complete. No joke. And this particular combination truly never fails. I’m not a big summer fashion person anyway and now with pregnancy, I get pretty lazy. Not to mention uncomfortable.

Here’s something really crazy – I’m in my last month of my second trimester. In three weeks, I will officially cross over to the final stretch. I absolutely cannot wrap my head around it, but I feel very fortunate to have felt pretty darn good over the past couple months. I plan on writing a bit about it in the near future – stay tuned!
